2. Damaged or Defective Items (Warranties)
If an item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping issues, we will fix it. This is our warranty against arrival defects.
  • You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing modadesigner24@gmail.com.
  • We will review the case and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund when applicable.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

3. Size or Model Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for a different size or model. We recommend ensuring your size before placing your order.
