1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

Customs fees and import duties for deliveries to Mexico are covered by MODA DESIGNER.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or shows no movement, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking it with the carrier.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.

7. Lost or Damaged Package Policy

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at modadesigner24@gmail.com, providing photos of the item and packaging.
We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and respond with next steps.
